Terms of Service

These terms describe what we do, what we do not do, and the limits of what any recovery service can promise.

What the service is

We provide consulting and case-preparation for people whose exchange accounts or wallets have been frozen, restricted or placed under review. That means analysing the cause, assembling the evidence, preparing the appeal and corresponding with the exchange on your behalf.

What the service is not

We are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice; where a case needs a lawyer we will say so. We do not break into accounts, bypass security, recover lost seed phrases, or reverse completed blockchain transactions. Anyone offering those things is not offering a real service.

No guaranteed outcome

Recovery depends on the exchange's policies, the reason for the freeze and the facts of your case — none of which we control. We do not guarantee that access will be restored or that funds will be released. Past outcomes shown on this site do not predict a similar result in your case.

The first review is free

The initial case review costs nothing and carries no obligation. Fees for work beyond that are agreed with you in writing before it begins, and are set per case according to complexity. We will not begin chargeable work without your agreement.

What we need from you

Accurate information, and the exchange's correspondence as you received it. Cases fail when material facts are withheld. If information you provide is untrue or incomplete in a way that matters, we may stop work.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility is limited to the fees you have paid us for the case concerned. We are not liable for the decisions of an exchange, for movements in asset value while a case is open, or for losses arising from information you gave us that proved inaccurate.

Confidentiality

We keep case details confidential. Where we publish an outcome as a case study, identifying details are redacted, and we do so only with the client's agreement.
